I'm entering the 2.0 universe today. Just got my own blog site and I also committed myself to the LinkedIn network site. Yes, LinkedIn is one of those emails that appears in your Inbox and some random person you know has invited you to join their network. This has happened to me occasionally, and every so often I'm a sucker and accept. Well today I checked out my site and I looked like a loser with only six connections. So I barraged everyone that I thought would make me look enough for an invite. I know, lame.
And as always, I'm obsessing about our VRBO studio (www.vrbo.com/143121). We just increased the nightly rate by $20, and then I hit Bed Bath and Beyond and picked up a few little things to make the place even nicer. I was Googling floor plan software so we can include that on the website if I ever get around to designing it, and when I looked at all the offerings on Google the next thing I know I'm thinking of a blog name and typing this!
I need to get back to work...
